By using Index My Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Index My Site provides
Index My Site submits the page URLs you provide for Google indexing and reports the status of each one. The service is available through the web app, CLI, MCP server, and API.
No guarantee of indexing
Google decides what it indexes. We submit your URLs and follow them up, but we do not promise that any page will be indexed, ranked, or kept in the index, or that it will be indexed within any particular time. Final checks take place around 14 days after submission. When a URL is confirmed as not indexed, the credit for it is returned to your balance. That returned credit is the only remedy for an unindexed URL.
Credits and payments
One URL costs one credit. Credit prices, minimum purchase amounts, and bonus thresholds are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and form part of these terms. Credits never expire and are not transferable. Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it. If you turn on auto reload, you authorise us to charge your chosen amount when your balance runs out during a job.
Accounts and credentials
Give us accurate account information and keep your password, API keys, and connected client approvals secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and the clients you authorise. Revoke access when a client should no longer use your account.
Submitted URLs
Only submit public URLs that you are allowed to submit. You are responsible for the pages you submit and for having any rights needed to request their indexing. Do not submit pages that are illegal, deceptive, or designed to manipulate search results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Index My Site to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware or spam, bypass service limits, gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service or its providers. We can refuse submissions or suspend accounts when needed to enforce these terms, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation.
Availability and changes
Index My Site is provided "as is" and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features, limits, prices, and timings can change. We will avoid material disruption where practical.
Closing or suspending an account
You can permanently delete your account from account settings. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates a security risk, or must be restricted by law.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to useIndex My Site after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
