A job is a list of URLs submitted together. You can submit up to 2000 URLs in one job and create as many jobs as you like. Each URL uses one credit when the job starts. Processing begins as soon as a funded submission is accepted; a job that is waiting for credits starts once the balance is topped up.
Submit from the web app

Sign in at app.indexmysite.app and open Index URLs.

Paste one URL per line. You can also give the job a name so it is easy to find later, and choose a project if the job belongs to a client or site you track.

Check the credit total. If you do not have enough credits, you can buy more first or turn on auto reload.

Submit the job. Each URL starts as Queued and updates as it moves through indexing. The job page refreshes on its own.
You can also submit from the CLI, an AI client over MCP, or the API.
URL statuses
Every URL in a job has its own status.

| Waiting | Just received. A credit is about to be reserved. |
| Needs credits | Your balance ran out before this URL was reached. It waits until you add credits or turn on auto reload. |
| Queued | A credit is reserved and the URL is waiting to be sent. |
| Submitting | The URL is being sent for indexing now. |
| In progress | The URL has been sent for indexing. |
| Checking | We are checking whether the page is in Google yet. |
| Not indexed yet | Not in Google at the last check. Checks continue until the final check around day 14. |
| Indexed | Google has indexed the page. |
| Refunded | Confirmed as not indexed after the final check. The credit is back in your balance. |
| Failed | The URL could not be processed. No credit was used. |
We check every URL once after 24 hours. Your full report follows around day 5, with final checks around day 14. A URL can show In progress until its first result appears.
Indexing is not guaranteed. Google decides what it adds to the index, so pages still need to be worth indexing.
What works best
Not sure a page is ready? Run it through the free indexability checker first. It shows crawl access rules, noindex tags, and content concerns without using a credit.
- The pages that matter: product, feature, documentation, comparison, and collection pages, and posts you have just published or updated.
- Public URLs that load without signing in. No Search Console access or site ownership is needed, so pages on other sites that mention you work too.
- Pages with real content that is not duplicated elsewhere.
- Pages that are not blocked by
robots.txtor anoindextag. - The canonical version of the URL, rather than a redirect or a tracking variant.
Duplicate URLs
If the same URL appears more than once in a job, it is submitted once and charged once.
Refunds
When a URL is confirmed as not indexed after the final check, around day 14, its status changes to Refunded and one credit is returned to your balance. Refunds follow confirmed results, so they can take a little longer than 14 days. See Credits for the full rules.
