Credits

How Index My Site credits work, including prices, minimum purchases, double credits on large purchases, auto reload, and refunds.

Index My Site is pay as you go. You buy credits, and each URL you submit uses one credit with standard indexing.

Prices

  • 1 URL = 1 credit with standard indexing.
  • Fast and Bing add-ons cost 1 more credit per URL each. See Fast and Bing.
  • Credits cost $0.20 each.
  • Any single purchase of $1,000 or more gets double credits, so credits cost $0.10 each. $1,000 buys 10,000 credits. This applies to auto reloads too.

Minimum purchases

  • Your first purchase is at least $25, which gives you 125 credits.
  • After that, top-ups start at $10.

Purchases are whole dollar amounts up to $10,000.

Credits never expire

Credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no monthly fee and no expiry date.

Auto reload

Auto reload is optional. When it is on and your balance runs out in the middle of a job, we charge your chosen reload amount and continue the job without stopping.

  • The minimum reload amount is $10.
  • Reloads of $1,000 or more get double credits, like any other purchase.
  • You can change the amount or turn auto reload off at any time in the app.

With auto reload off, the URLs you could not cover wait with the status Needs credits and are sent as soon as you buy more. URLs already sent keep running in the meantime.

Fast and Bing

You can add either or both when you submit a job. They apply to every URL in that job, including URLs you approve or check again later.

Choice Credits per URL Returned if not indexed
Standard 1 1
Fast 2 1
Bing 2 1
Fast and Bing 3 1
  • Fast is for time-sensitive pages. Each URL is sent for faster indexing in Google, usually within 5 to 10 minutes. It is not guaranteed. It is still checked and reported on the same schedule.
  • Bing also sends each URL to Bing. We do not check or report Bing results, so the job page and reports show Google results only. If Bing is unavailable when your URLs are sent, the Bing credit goes straight back to your balance and Google indexing carries on as normal.

Fast and Bing credits are not returned. If Google has not indexed a URL after the final check, you get the standard 1 credit back.

Refunds for unindexed URLs

Final checks happen around 14 days after each URL is sent. Google searches after 24 hours and around days 3 and 7 stop once the exact URL is found or confirmed indexed. They do not change the report or refund schedule, and a search without a match does not trigger a credit return. When a URL is confirmed as not indexed, 1 credit is returned to your balance. Refunds follow the confirmed result, so they can arrive a little after day 14. With standard indexing, you only pay for pages that get indexed. Fast and Bing credits are not returned.

Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it.

Where to see your balance

Your balance, purchases, and refunds are shown in the app. You can also check it from the CLI with indexmysite credits, ask your AI client over MCP, or call GET /api/credits from the API.
