# Credits

How Index My Site credits work, including prices, minimum purchases, double credits on large purchases, auto reload, and refunds.

Index My Site is pay as you go. You buy credits, and each URL you submit uses one credit.

## Prices

-   **1 URL = 1 credit.**
-   Credits cost **$0.20 each**.
-   Any single purchase of **$1,000 or more gets double credits**, so credits cost $0.10 each. $1,000 buys 10,000 credits. This applies to auto reloads too.

## Minimum purchases

-   Your **first purchase is at least $50**, which gives you 250 credits.
-   After that, **top-ups start at $10**.

Purchases are whole dollar amounts up to $10,000.

## Credits never expire

Credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no monthly fee and no expiry date.

## Auto reload

Auto reload is optional. When it is on and your balance runs out in the middle of a job, we charge your chosen reload amount and continue the job without stopping.

-   The minimum reload amount is $10.
-   Reloads of $1,000 or more get double credits, like any other purchase.
-   You can change the amount or turn auto reload off at any time in the app.

With auto reload off, the URLs you could not cover wait with the status **Needs credits** and continue as soon as you buy more.

## Refunds for unindexed URLs

Final checks happen around 14 days after submission. When a URL is confirmed as not indexed, its credit is returned to your balance. Refunds follow the confirmed result, so they can arrive a little after day 14. You only pay for pages that get indexed.

Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it.
