# Your account

How to sign in to Index My Site with Google, GitHub, or email and password, change your details, and delete your account.

## Sign in

You can sign in to [app.indexmysite.app](https://app.indexmysite.app/login) with any of these:

-   **Google**
-   **GitHub**
-   **Email and password**

All three reach the same account as long as they use the same email address. If you sign up with email and password, check your inbox for a verification link before your first job.

## Forgotten password

Use **Forgot password** on the sign-in page. We email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Google or GitHub, sign in with that provider instead.

## Change your email or name

Open **Settings**, then **Account**. Update your name or email address and save. A new email address must be verified before it becomes the address we send receipts and job notifications to.

## API keys and connected clients

**Settings**, then **Connections** lists your API keys and the CLI and MCP clients connected to your account. Create a key for the [API](https://indexmysite.app/docs/api), or remove a key or client to revoke its access straight away.

## Delete your account

Open **Settings**, then **Account**, and choose **Delete account**. This is permanent. It removes your jobs, API keys, connected clients, and any remaining credits. Use up or note down anything you need first.
