For account, credit, or submission questions, include the job ID or the addresses involved, what you expected, and the exact error text. Never send API keys or passwords.

For security or privacy reports, put "Security report" in the subject and include clear steps to reproduce the problem. Please do not access another person's data or publish a report before we have had time to review it.
